I keep coming back to this amazing place. The staff helped me find nice shops nearby at my first stay. It suits me perfectly, with free Wi-Fi, parking, flat-screen TV, and express check-in/out. This weekend, I'll definitely be back again!

We had a SUPERB stay in Plymouth adjacent to the quayside. There was a bath.

Interesting place for exploring Plymouth.

We had a superb stay at Brand-New Modern. the apartment was easy to find, thanks to clear instructions, and the parking was good. On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the well-maintained exterior. Inside, the apartment was beautifully decorated and looked brand new. Everything was clean and the amenities provided were excellent. We couldn't find a fault with the property itself and truly enjoyed our stay. Cons: Nothing bad to say. 😉.

Starry Night Sleeps with the Moderns! This apartment has it all - a kitchen that's more equipped than a top chef's, a flat-screen TV with more channels than an alien spaceship, and a bathroom that's so luxurious it could outshine a spa retreat. And let's not forget the private entrance, giving you the VIP treatment you deserve. With parquet floors and a garden to relax in, this place is like staying in a fancy castle.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern apartment. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The apartment was clean and well maintained, with brand new amenities. We loved the stylish decor and the comfortable bed. The location was great, with easy access to nearby shops and attractions. Parking was also available, which was a plus.

Nothing, it is perfect.

Wow, what a fantastic stay we had! the apartment was beautifully decorated and everything looked so brand new. We loved how clean and cozy it was, with a lovely homely feel. the kitchen had all the modern amenities we needed to cook our romantic meals together, and the TV was a great bonus for some cozy nights in. Plus, the large windows provided excellent airflow, making the apartment feel fresh and airy. And the best part? the comfortable bed that smelled absolutely amazing! It truly felt like a home away from home.

While our overall experience was wonderful, we did encounter a couple of minor issues. Lastly, there was a slight ammonia smell upon first entering the apartment, but thankfully it quickly dissipated.
